Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after placement.
Cancellation is possible only if the product has not entered the production or printing process.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Since we operate on a print-on-demand model, production begins quickly after order confirmation — therefore cancellation after processing is not possible.

Refund Processing Time

Refund processing may take 48 hours up to 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Return Policy

🚫 We do not accept product returns.

Since we operate on a print-on-demand model, each product is produced after order confirmation and directly shipped to the customer. Therefore, once the product is printed and delivered, return is not possible.

Return requests for size change, colour preference, or personal choice will not be accepted.
